    ELECTROSTATIC POWDER COATING

Electrostatic Powder Coating is an effective and widely used technique in industrial coating processes. It’s use a multi-stage process to apply fluoropolymers mainly ECTFE, FEP powder to a particular metal object with the help of electricity.

Powder coating is applied with electrostatic spray guns and baked under relevant curing conditions to allow it to flow, cross-link and form a hard finish that is durable and very resistant to scratches, cracking, peeling, UV rays and rust.
